Our sports performance training programmes improve sport-specific strength, explosive power, speed, agility and endurance, while decreasing injury risk. They also strengthen the will to succeed.

We work with college (secondary and tertiary student athletes) and semi-professional athletes to improve sport-specific strength, explosive power, speed, agility and endurance, while decreasing the risk of injury. Our work can be one-on-one with individual sports people or delivered to an entire team.

The first step is athletic evaluations that help to determine current physical abilities – strengths, weaknesses and potential. We also look at nutritional status, to identify deficiencies and opportunities. Then we can develop a range of movement, nourishment and motivational programmes that will optimise performance, both in the short and long term.

Sports and athletic coaching programmes can also include rehabilitation aspects, to address limitations and imbalances caused by injury and over-use. Our ability to help sports people even extends to providing high level sports-specific coaching to teach and improve the skills that are required to win.
